Длинное мобильное меню в одну строку
Превратить меню, которое на мобилке становится вертикальным - в горизонтальное, и плавно скроллить его по мере скролла сайта по активным пунктам.
На десктопе - тоже самое. Сейчас по-умолчанию, если меню длинее чем строка - то оно переходит на вторую строку.
ВАЖНО! Обрати внимание, что активным пунктом меню нужно помечать не по ID блока, а по блоку с якорной ссылкой, типа #about, после прохождения меню над этой ссылкой.
По аналогии с https://fcongress.forbes.ru/ecology2021, мы тут это делали на MODX.
Скрипт должен привязываться к ID блока с меню.
